Windows 2000 .Net systems can be configured to hide all pop-up errors that might appear during boot up. To do this go to the Registry and look for this string:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows
Right-click in the right-pane and select 'Rename' then change its name to 'NoPopUpsOnReboot'. Change its value to 1 then click OK. Exit the Registry and reboot your system.
